Are You Familiar With Swollen Gums And Bleeding Gums?
Because most of us are not so familiar with the symptoms of gum disease, we must ask our dental hygienist on how to we know if we have gingivitis? Red, tender, swollen gums and gums that bleed easily whenever you brush or floss teeth are known to be the classic signs of gingivitis. Put in mind that your dental health can be thoroughly assessed whether you have gum disease or gingivitis by your dental professional. The disease may remain untreated since some gingivitis symptoms are painless and may not have obvious warning signs, unless a dental professional have diagnosed the dental patient. Dental visits and dental cleanings are of great importance in maintaining good periodontal health.
